Privacy Policy

Including our Cookie Statement. Version: 11-08-2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LeadToChanges L.L.C-FZ ("Playgama", "we", "us") handles information on kids.playgama.com ("Playgama Kids"). It is written for parents and legal guardians. We also provide a short, child-friendly Privacy Info for Kids that explains the same things in simple language.

This Policy applies only to Playgama Kids. Other Playgama websites and services have their own privacy policies.

1. Who We Are

The operator of Playgama Kids and the controller of any personal data described in this Policy is:

  • LeadToChanges L.L.C-FZ, operating as "Playgama"
  • Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.
  • Email: kids@playgama.com

2. Our Approach: Privacy by Design

Playgama Kids is a website for children under the age of 16, and it is built so that children can play without giving us any information about themselves. On Playgama Kids:

  • There are no accounts, registration, or logins.
  • We do not ask children for their name, email address, phone number, photos, or any other personal information.
  • There is no chat, messaging, or other way to communicate with other users.
  • There is no advertising of any kind, and we do not use anyone's information for profiling, behavioral advertising, or marketing.
  • We do not use cookies. See the Cookie Statement in Section 6.
  • We do not sell personal data.

All games on Playgama Kids are hosted by us. Games do not send requests to third-party servers, do not contain external links, and are not permitted to collect personal information from players.

3. What Information We Process, and Why

Even a website that collects "nothing" needs to process a small amount of technical data to work. Here is the complete list of what we process:

(a) Technical Data

When any device connects to Playgama Kids, our servers automatically receive limited technical data, such as the device's IP address, browser type, and the pages and games requested. We use this data solely to deliver the website to your device, to keep the website secure and stable, and to prevent abuse, for example to block attacks on our servers. This data is kept in server logs for a limited period of 30 days and is then deleted. We do not use this data to identify, track, or profile any visitor.

Legal basis where the GDPR applies: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Under COPPA, these identifiers are used only to provide support for the internal operations of the website, which is permitted without parental consent.

(b) Contact Data

If you contact us, for example by emailing kids@playgama.com, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this information only to respond to you and to handle your request. Contact correspondence is kept for up to 24 months and is then deleted. If a child contacts us directly, we use the child's contact information only to respond, and we delete it afterwards.

Legal basis where the GDPR applies: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where we process contact data to comply with a legal obligation, for example to verify a parent's identity and handle a request to exercise parental or data protection rights, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

(c) Data Stored on Your Device Only

To remember game progress and settings, games may save data in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device: it is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and we have no access to it. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for kids.playgama.com.

We do not process any other personal data on Playgama Kids.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Playgama Kids is directed to children, and we designed it to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

  • We do not collect personal information from children, except the limited technical identifiers described in Section 3(a), which are used solely to support the internal operations of the website - a use COPPA permits without parental consent.
  • We do not enable children to make personal information publicly available.
  • We do not use children's information for targeted or behavioral advertising, profiling, or marketing, and we do not disclose it to third parties for such purposes.

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Ask whether we hold any personal information relating to your child.
  • Review that information and request its deletion.
  • Refuse to permit any further collection or use of your child's information.

To protect children, we will take reasonable steps to verify that you are the child's parent or legal guardian before acting on such a request. We will not require your child to provide more information than is reasonably necessary to use Playgama Kids.

5. Your Rights Under the GDPR and Other Laws

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of its processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to data portability. You may exercise these rights - for yourself or on behalf of your child - by contacting kids@playgama.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Residents of other jurisdictions may have similar rights under their local laws, and we will honor valid requests in accordance with applicable law.

Playgama Kids does not use cookies. We do not set any cookies - no strictly necessary, functional, analytics, advertising, or third-party cookies - and we do not use any other tracking technologies such as pixels, fingerprinting, or third-party SDKs.

The only data stored on your device is the local storage described in Section 3(c), which saves game progress on your device only and is never sent to us.

Because we use no cookies, Playgama Kids does not show a cookie consent banner. If our use of cookies ever changes, we will update this Statement before making the change and, where required, ask for consent.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing or advertising purposes. The technical data described in Section 3(a) is processed on our behalf by our hosting provider(s), who act under contracts that restrict them to processing the data only on our instructions. We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so, or where necessary to protect the safety of children, the security of the website, or our legal rights.

8. International Transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and our website is available worldwide. The limited data described in this Policy is processed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in the European Union (Germany), the United States, and Singapore.

Where personal data of visitors from the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland is processed outside those regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law. For processing in the United States, our hosting provider is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, including its UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For processing in other countries, such as Singapore, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which are incorporated into our data processing agreement with AWS.

9. Security and Retention

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we process, and we restrict access to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information to perform their work. We keep data no longer than necessary for the purposes described in this Policy: server logs for up to 30 days and contact correspondence for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page. If we ever intend to make a change that would affect children's personal information in a material way, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the change takes effect.
