Hello, and welcome to Playgama Kids!

Playgama Kids (kids.playgama.com) is a games website made for children. It is operated by LeadToChanges L.L.C-FZ ("Playgama", "we", "us") - you can find our details at the end of this page.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you play on Playgama Kids. They apply to every visitor under the age of 16. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We have tried to keep these Terms short and simple, but we still recommend reading them together with a parent or another adult you trust. If anything is unclear, write to us at kids@playgama.com - we are happy to help.

1. What Playgama Kids Is

Playgama Kids is a collection of browser games selected and checked for children. Everything on the website is free:

  • No payments and no in-game purchases.
  • No advertising.
  • No accounts, registration, or chat.

You never need to pay us or tell us anything about yourself to play. If a game ever asks you for money or personal information, something is wrong. Please close it, tell a parent, and let us know.

2. Who Can Use It

Playgama Kids is made for visitors under the age of 16. If you are under 16, this is the Playgama website for you - our other websites are designed for older players.

3. Fair Play

We ask every player to treat the website, the games, and other people with respect. This means you must not:

  • Damage, hack, overload, or interfere with the website or the games on it.
  • Upload or spread viruses or any other harmful software.
  • Try to collect information about other visitors.
  • Pretend to be someone you are not, including a member of the Playgama team.
  • Use the website for anything that is against the law.

4. Games and Content Belong to Their Creators

The games on Playgama Kids were made by game developers we work with, and the website itself - its design, logo, and texts - was made by us. All of this content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may play and enjoy everything on the website, but you may not copy, publish, sell, or share this content elsewhere without permission. Technical copies that your browser makes automatically so that the games can run are, of course, allowed.

5. Internet Costs

Playing on Playgama Kids is free, but connecting to the internet usually is not: your internet or mobile provider may charge you or your parents for the data you use. Please make sure your parents or caretakers know that you are playing online and are okay with it. Any charges from your provider are between you and your provider - we are not responsible for them.

6. What We Promise - and What We Cannot

We carefully check every game before publishing it, and we work hard to keep Playgama Kids safe, fun, and working properly. But no website is perfect: games may sometimes contain errors, and the website may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for damage caused by using the website, unless the damage was caused by unlawful content that we placed on the website ourselves. In short: you use the website and everything on it at your own risk.

7. If Someone Breaks These Terms

We hope it never comes to this, but here is what can happen if these Terms are broken:

We may block access. If a visitor seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, we may limit, suspend, or completely block their access to the website, if necessary without prior warning.

The visitor may have to pay for damage. A visitor who breaks these Terms and causes damage - to us, to the game developers we work with, or to anyone else - may be required to compensate that damage.

Claims from other people or companies. If someone else brings a claim against us because a visitor broke these Terms, that visitor must compensate us for the damage and costs, including reasonable legal costs, we suffer as a result. Lawyers call this "indemnification" or "holding us harmless".

Parents are responsible for their children. Because our visitors are children, this financial responsibility will usually rest with the visitor's parents or legal guardians. This is also why we ask parents to accept these Terms on their child's behalf - see "For Parents and Guardians" below.

Nothing in this section takes away rights that a visitor has under laws that cannot be changed by an agreement.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add new features to the website. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page. If you continue using the website after an update, the updated Terms apply to you.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where our company is based. If the laws of your own country give you protections that cannot be taken away by an agreement, those protections still apply to you.

For Parents and Guardians

Children cannot always enter into contracts on their own. By allowing your child to use kids.playgama.com, you accept these Terms on your child's behalf and agree to be responsible for your child's use of the website.
